**Trigger Warning: This episode covers the topic of forgiveness based on a very brutal encounter Lois had and although the message is important, it may be triggering for some listeners. Robin & Lois discuss the freedom that comes with forgiveness in tragedy and in our daily lives.

Show Notes:
For this episode, I have not written extensive show notes. I feel the impact is in Lois's story and show notes won't do it justice.
In a nutshell, forgiveness is a choice we make. Some things are relatively easy to forgive and other things require much more time and effort.
When we forgive, we set ourselves free. When we remain in unforgiveness, it takes a toll on our health (emotional, mental, spiritual and even physical).
Forgiveness is a process and a choice but choosing it gives us back our freedom.
