When we ask empowering questions, they can cause us to be curious and ponder and they remove the emotion.
Empowering question never starts with the word ‘why’. When we ask why, it brings in defenses, ego and emotion.
Empowering questions are specific and time bound.
When you ask someone else an empowering question, be silent while you wait for their answer.
