About Paige
After surviving pulmonary embolism and anoxic brain injury at 32, Paige channeled her innate resilience into recovery. She searched for and found whole person therapies centered around bringing all systems into balance in a way that would fill in the pieces and complement allopathic medicine. This brought in Paige’s entrepreneurial vision of connecting other under-supported brain injury survivors with integrative, holistic, functional and bio-regulatory resources and practitioners, in addition to speaking and writing about her recovery path.
Show Notes
Paige says that many things can contribute to experiencing a brain injury. She attributes anxiety medication, acne medication, an unhealthy gut biome, and her career misalignment with being the perfect set up for her embolism.
She has been committed to finding useful ways to improve her brain and optimize her recovery. She now works with people who have brain injuries or warning signs. She consults with them and has a list of therapies that can improve or enhance their quality of life.

Paige's message is that we ARE resilient and we should do what makes us happy for as long as we can!
