Amber was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when she was young and grew up with some physical limitations. However, she didn't like feeling different and with the encouragement of her older sister, she learned how to do the things the doctors said she'd never do.
Amber believes we have an opportunity to take full advantage of the bodies we have and appreciate them.
Working out is a way to prove we are strong and capable and can do hard things when we're determined to.
In her experience, we all have a belief that we are not enough. When we achieve things with our bodies, we show ourselves that we are enough. Our bodies are remarkable!
Fit Ladies Bootcamp was started to show women that they can work out, they can get in shape, and they can do hard things.
Amber believes that publicly declaring your goal helps you achieve it. Those public declarations happen within Amber's private FIT Ladies Bootcamp Facebook group - also where Amber's daily workouts are posted.
For those of us who want to get back into shape, she suggests that we find something we can do (physically) for 10-15 minutes each day and do it.
If you were working out prior to the lockdowns, you can always join Amber's program and get fresh workouts 5 days a week.
